Who we are
This website is operated by AYM Recruitment Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15579507, registered office 63 Charnwood Street, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 3DH. "We" and "us" mean that company. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is built and hosted on Redsun, which handles the technology on AYM Recruitment's instructions. Your agreement here is with AYM Recruitment Ltd.
How we work
AYM Recruitment Ltd acts as an employment agency when we introduce candidates for permanent roles, and as an employment business when we supply people on contract or temporary assignments, as those terms are used in the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
We never charge a work-seeker a fee for finding work or for being introduced to a client. Our fees are paid by the hiring company.
Using this site
• You may browse the site, apply for roles, submit a CV and send us enquiries for genuine recruitment purposes.
• You agree not to harvest data from the site by hand or by bot, upload anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing, misrepresent who you are, or interfere with how the site runs.
• Everything here is general information. Job adverts, salary figures and market commentary can change or be withdrawn without notice, and nothing on this site is an offer of employment or a guarantee of work.
Applications and introductions
• Sending us a CV or an application creates no contract, guarantees no introduction, interview or placement, and does not oblige us to act on it.
• By applying you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to work where the role is based, or that you will tell us if you do not.
• When we put you forward you agree we may share your CV and relevant details with that hiring company. We tell you who first. Our privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
• If you send us a CV speculatively we may keep it on file and contact you about suitable roles. You can ask us to stop, or to delete it, at any time.
For hiring companies
Anything we do for a client is governed by our terms of business, agreed separately and in writing. Nothing on this website varies those terms, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance. Where we pass candidate data to you, each of us is a data controller for the data we hold and responsible for our own compliance.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, which includes passing it to a hiring company where that is the point of the application. Do not send us anything you have no right to share, including confidential information belonging to your current employer.
Our content
The design, text, branding and job content on this site belong to AYM Recruitment Ltd or its licensors. You are welcome to read and share it. You may not copy it, republish it, scrape our job listings, or use any of it to build a competing service.
Links to other sites
We link out to client websites and industry sources. We have no control over those sites and take no responsibility for what they contain.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care over this site but provide it as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything in it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
